Users can access the ArcIMS service with any updated web browser.
Users can access the ArcReader Published Map File with ArcReader 9.1 or
higher.

ArcIMS and ArcReader/ArcGIS services are available for consumption.
Users with ArcGIS 9 or higher can access the data directly from our
ArcSDE 9.0 server.
ArcGIS 9 only, ArcGIS 8.x will not work.
